REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@xtremerecovery.ca with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
